Delivery method
Continuing Professional Development Online™ CPD Modules are delivered to the customers as online streaming videos through the Internet. The videos can not be downloaded to the customers' computers.

Payment and Refund Policy
Payments for the CPD Modules are available online and are charged in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST. Our CPD Module offers and prices are valid for as long as they are displayed on the site. If a CPD Module is unavailable after you have completed your purchase, you will be informed by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and you will be reimbursed immediately if your account has been debited.

We will refund your fees provided your written request is received within 14 days from the date of purchase.
